Suchitra Premkumar

Head of Customer Success at PlayAblo

Suchitra Premkumar began their professional career in 2004 as a Test Analyst with Kanbay Inc, Pune (Now Capgemini). In this role, they were part of an Independent Testing team, testing multiple applications/modules of VisionPLUS, a financial software used for credit card transaction processing by multinational banks. Suchitra managed the complete testing life cycle in this role.

In 2006, Suchitra moved to Steria (Earlier Xansa) as a Test Analyst, where they were involved in end to end QA activities with projects in retail and finance domain. Suchitra tested chordiant, web based, mainframe and java applications and worked for Barclays account in the finance domain and Marks & Spencers account in the retail domain.

In 2008, Suchitra joined Headstrong as a Lead Consultant, where they managed and led the QA activities for clients like Bank of America, CMC markets and CME (Chicago Mercantile Exchange) in finance domain. Suchitra was involved in various QA initiatives pertaining to training, recruitment and development of domain related tools, and received awards and kudos from clients for the projects accomplished.

In 2015, Suchitra became a Co-Founder & Head of Skill Development & Corporate Learning at Go Sharp Technologies & Consulting. Suchitra was one of the founding members of PlayAblo, a gamified learning platform that combined different gameplay elements with a well-designed curriculum that delivers a great learning experience for children and adults. Suchitra was responsible for PlayAblo's product lines - PlayAblo for schools & PlayAblo for Corporate learning.

In 2019, Suchitra took on the role of Head of Customer Success at PlayAblo (Go Sharp Technologies & Consulting).

Suchitra Premkumar obtained their Master of Management Studies from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in 2004, having studied Msc (hons) biological sciences from 1999 to 2004.
