Robert Tebbs

Vice President, Corporate Controller at AGS

Robert Tebbs has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Robert started their career at Deloitte in 2005 as an Audit Staff and eventually became the Audit Senior and Audit Manager during their tenure. In 2009, they joined Becker Professional Education as a CPA Exam Prep Instructor.

In 2011, Tebbs moved to SHFL Entertainment (later acquired by Bally Technologies and then Scientific Games) where they served as the Director of SEC Reporting. Robert was responsible for coordinating with external auditors and managing SOX documentation. Robert remained in this role until 2015.

From 2015, Tebbs worked at AGS, initially as the Senior Director of SEC Reporting, where they led external reporting in compliance with SEC filing deadlines and requirements. During this time, they also played a key role in integrating the acquisition of Cadillac Jack. In 2016, they were promoted to the role of Senior Director, Corporate Controller, where they supervised international accounting teams and ensured the accuracy of subsidiary financial statements. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Corporate Controller at AGS, with responsibilities including overseeing the worldwide accounting team and supervising the work of tax consultants.

Robert Tebbs completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Southern Utah University in 2003. Robert then pursued a Master's degree in Accountancy from the same university in 2004. Prior to their college education, Robert graduated from Cedar High School in 1996. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Nevada State Board of Accountancy in 2008.
