Alexandrà Lempert

Oleksandr Karytskyi is an experienced organizational coach with a strong background in agile practices and change management. Currently serving as an Organizational Coach at monobank, Oleksandr previously held positions at Raiffeisen Bank Aval as an Organizational Coach and Agile practices lead, where change initiatives were driven to enhance market responsiveness and customer value. Other noteworthy roles include Partner at Mind Experiment, where organizational audits and systemic coaching were conducted, and Partner at SCRUMguides, focusing on developing meaningful organizations. A solid foundation in product management and technical sales has been established through previous roles at Donnelley Financial Solutions, Prosofit, Bilink, and Huawei Ukraine LTD. Oleksandr holds degrees from the National Technical University of Ukraine, KROK University, and has pursued further education at the University of Alberta and the University of Michigan.
