Justin Satnick

Justin Satnick is a Senior Product Design Engineer at Backbone, with prior experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Zipline and as a Product Design Engineer at Google. At Zipline, Justin led the design of the Platform 2 aircraft's tails, collaborating cross-functionally to produce high-quality carbon fiber parts and optimizing design processes. At Google, Justin contributed significantly to product design and user experience for various subsystems, managing teams and mentoring engineers while integrating feedback from multiple stakeholders. A mechanical engineering graduate from California Polytechnic State University and holder of a Master's degree from the University of California, Davis, Justin has also interned with companies such as Apple and Nest Labs, where hands-on experience in product development further honed design capabilities.
