Patrick Chang

Patrick Chang is a mechanical engineer and product design engineer with over 15 years of experience in diverse technical fields, including consumer electronics, medical device design, and 3-D printing. They earned a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they also served as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant. Patrick's career includes roles at Nikon Research Corporation of America as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Engineering Lead at Neuralink, where they led the development of critical medical devices. Currently, they are a Senior Product Design Engineer at Backbone, working on the first generation of the Backbone Pro.
