Daniel C. Liem

Daniel C. Liem is a seasoned investor and co-founder of Gentrace, a leading LLM evaluation platform established in 2021. With a focus on enhancing performance testing for clients such as Walmart and Asana, Daniel has also invested in numerous startups since 2015, including companies like Linear and n8n. Prior experience includes serving as an investor at Obvious Ventures, where the focus was on early-stage productivity tools, and holding product management roles at Dropbox and Uber, where leadership and cross-functional collaboration on platform improvements were key achievements. Daniel holds a B.S. in Computer Science with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction and an M.S. in Biomedical Informatics from Stanford University, as well as participation in the Bing Overseas Studies Program at Doshisha University.
