Adrian Dascal

Adrian Dascal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2020, they joined PLBY Group, Inc. as Director of Finance, and prior to that, they served as Sr. Manager of Finance - Licensing and Strategic Partnerships at the same company. In 2017, Adrian founded Blue Lime Productions, where they worked as a Founder, Writer, and Producer, focusing on developing business plans and creating stories in the thriller/horror genre. Before that, Adrian held various finance positions at RTI International, including Manager of Finance, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst. Adrian also worked as a Finance Consultant at Malibu Film Group, Braveart Films, and Sabi Sushi. Adrian's earlier experience includes serving as a Finance Manager at Stamford Global and as a Financial Administrator at Kos Karoly Art School in Hungary.

Adrian Dascal holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a dual concentration in Strategy and Marketing from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. Adrian also completed a course on Entertainment Financing: From First $ to Distribution of Profits at UCLA Extension. Adrian obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Dimitrie Cantemir University.
