Michelle Archer has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Michelle recently held the position of SVP, People Operations at Playboy Enterprises, Inc. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality and C3 by sbe. Michelle also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Innovative Dining Group, where they were responsible for HR management and as a Human Resources Manager. Michelle has experience in the film industry, having worked as an independent strategic partner and consultant at ITAVI, INC. and as the Vice President of Creative Affairs at REEL ONE ENTERTAINMENT/NEW LEGEND MEDIA. Michelle also has experience in operations, having served as the Director of Operations at WEALTH ARCHITECTURE GROUP. Michelle started their career as a corporate coach at MINT LIFESTYLE, specializing in lifestyle management for high-profile clients. Before that, they worked as the Manager of Client and Vendor Relations at L'WREN SCOTT - DESIGNER & CELEBRITY STYLIST and as the Vice President of Production at BRIDGET JOHNSON FILMS.

Michelle Archer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and International Marketing from the University of the Pacific. Michelle also completed a classical theatre training program, earning a certificate from the Professional Actors Conservatory. Additionally, Michelle obtained a Human Resources Management Certification from UCLA Extension between 2012 and 2014.
