Kerri Shields has extensive experience in the sports and marketing industries. Kerri began their career in 2009 as a student-athlete on the Boston College Division I Women's Basketball Team. During their time at Boston College, they also served as a Camp Counselor, Orientation Leader, and Marketing Intern for the Athletic Department. In 2013, they became a Victory Scholar for the Sport Changes Life Foundation. From 2015-2016, they worked as a Field Sales Representative for E. & J. Gallo Winery and a Management Development Program On Premise Sales Representative for Martignetti Companies. In 2016, they became a Color Commentator for the ACC Digital Network. In 2018, they co-founded Playeasy, the largest online network of sports destinations and athletic facilities in the United States. As President and CPO, they are responsible for creating SEO optimized profiles and streamlining the ability to search, find, communicate, post events, and generate new business.

Kerri Shields began their educational journey at Archbishop John Carroll High School, where they graduated in 2009. Kerri then attended Boston College Carroll School of Management, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management; Marketing and Management Leadership in 2013. Following this, they attended Ulster University to pursue Business Development and Innovation in 2013-2014.
