Mia George is a dedicated Sales Operations Analyst at PlayerData since May 2023, where responsibilities include managing CRM data, processing orders and contracts, and streamlining workflows to support sales operations. Prior experience as an Operations Intern involved leading sales enablement initiatives and managing invoicing and HR operations in a high-growth startup. Additionally, Mia is an NCAA Division 1 Athlete and Team Captain at Virginia Commonwealth University, balancing rigorous training with academic commitments while fostering a competitive team culture. As the Social Media Chair for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, Mia oversees marketing materials and manages social media accounts to promote events. Participation in the RAMS Leadership Academy highlights a commitment to developing communication and problem-solving skills. Mia is pursuing a degree at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business, expected to graduate in May 2025.
