Ciara Ingram is a New York City-based founder and content strategist specializing in audience development, content strategy, and production. Currently, they lead Emerging Frameworks, a content and creator development studio that helps indie artists and emerging creators launch original ideas. Ciara's previous roles include Video Producer & Editor at SLAM, where they contributed to the launch of WSLAM, and Social Media Manager at PinkDear LLC, where they significantly grew social followings for prominent clients. With a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Lane College, they are committed to elevating underrepresented voices and creating culturally relevant content.
