Catherine Magee is a seasoned executive in the wellness and beauty industries, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Playground, a brand focused on women's sexual wellness. Prior to this role, Magee was Head of Global Marketing and Ecommerce at theBalm Cosmetics and held leadership positions at Social Reform, LLC, Westward Leaning as CEO, and Ditto.com as Vice President of Marketing. Magee also contributed to the growth of Rodan + Fields as Executive and Vice President of Marketing, helping the company reach over $1 billion in annual revenue. Additionally, Magee co-founded Coterie.com and worked in marketing roles at Visa and Bare Escentuals.
