Jade Granger

Jade Granger is an experienced professional in customer success and project management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Playground since August 2024. Previously, Jade held the role of Manager of Customer Success at Podium from June 2022 to June 2024, in addition to working as an Account Manager. Jade's career began at Barratt London, where responsibilities included Project Sales Manager from 2016 to 2019 and Sales Team Lead from 2010 to 2015. Other roles include Project Manager at Brightidea from 2019 to 2021 and Sales Manager at Berkeley Group Holdings Plc in 2015-2016. Jade holds a degree from the University of Aberdeen, where studies were completed between 2008 and 2010.
