Tim MacKinnon

Tim MacKinnon's work experience includes being the Chief Executive Officer at PlayHQ Sports starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant for various companies starting in June 2023. From November 2019 until July 2023, they served as a Member at YPO. Tim was also the Chief Executive Officer at Providoor, a marketplace for premium restaurants accessible at home, from January 2022 to April 2023. Additionally, they worked as a Strategic Advisor at Providoor from March 2021 to January 2022. Before that, they held various roles at eBay Australia, including Managing Director & VP from September 2017 to January 2022. Tim also served as the Chief Marketing Officer, AU & NZ; Senior Director, Retailer Growth; Director, Merchant Development; and Head of Merchant Solutions at eBay. Prior to that, they worked at Intuit as a Manager, Corporate Strategy & Development from December 2008 to May 2011, leading corporate strategy projects and partnerships. Tim also worked at the Australian Attorney-General's Office as a Special Adviser from August 2004 to September 2007 and at the Minister for Communications, IT & Arts as an Adviser from January 2004 to August 2004. Tim'searlier experience includes working as a Senior Associate at Blake Dawson Waldron from February 2000 to January 2004.

Tim MacKinnon attended Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained an MBA degree with Distinction in Finance & Strategy. Prior to this, from 1994 to 1998, they attended The University of Western Australia, where they completed a Law (Hons)/ Arts degree, with a focus on Law and politics.
