Leonid Ustin

Leonid Ustin has extensive experience in the gaming and business sectors, currently serving as the Cyprus Operational Director at Playkot since November 2013. In this role, Leonid has established and managed business operations in Cyprus, focusing on financial and legal strategies, tax optimization, and corporate structuring. Additionally, Leonid has contributed to product strategy and game development as a Game Producer, leading teams and managing project KPIs, with notable success in the game “Titans.” Before Playkot, Leonid co-founded and managed Incoplay, an indie game studio. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Public Administration from North-West Academy of Public Administration, alongside ongoing studies at Нетология and GoPractice.
