Bill Freeman has an extensive work experience that spans over 24 years. Bill currently holds the position of Vice President of Continuous Improvement at PlayPower, Inc. Bill was previously the Vice President of Operations at Techo-Bloc, where they were responsible for managing manufacturing plants and implementing scalable systems. Prior to that, they worked at Masonite International as the Director of Specialty Operations and Plant Manager, where they focused on stabilizing and modernizing operations through employee engagement, capital automation, and Lean transformation. Bill also served as the General Manager of Fabrication at Innovative Global Brands, where they successfully turned around the business units through the implementation of Lean processes. Additionally, they co-founded and managed F Squared Stone Care, a historical preservation and restoration company, before selling it. Bill started their career at Granitewerk's, Inc. as an Estimator and progressed to become the Plant Operations Manager, leading the company's growth from $1M to $15M in annual revenue.

Bill Freeman graduated from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology in 1991 with an Associates of Architectural Engineering degree in Architecture. Bill then pursued further education at Ball State University - College of Architecture & Planning from 1992 to 1996, earning a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design Architecture. In addition to their formal education, Bill Freeman has obtained certifications including Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS in December 2018, and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the PMI Project Management Institute, although the specific month and year of these certifications are not provided.
