Cary Glay

Cary Glay has extensive work experience, starting in 1987 as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army. Following their military service, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Imperial Home Decor Group from 1998 to 1999. Cary then joined Avery Dennison Corporation as a Finance Director from 1994 to 2004. From 2004 to 2009, they worked at Eaton Corporation, first as the Eaton Aerospace Division Controller and then as the Industrial Sector Acquisition and Integration Controller. Cary then moved to Master Chemical Corp, where they held the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2009 to 2016. Cary later joined Q as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, where they worked from 2016 to 2020. Currently, Cary Glay holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at PlayPower, Inc., a leading manufacturer of outdoor recreational products.

Cary Glay obtained an MBA degree from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they pursued a BBA degree in Finance from Ohio University from 1992 to 1994. In 1991 and 1992, Cary attended the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College, where they completed an Associates degree in Business Management.
