Eric Westermann

Eric Westermann, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at PlayPower, Inc., a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Eric was the Director of Human Resources at Open House Co., Ltd. from April 2023 to April 2024. Eric has extensive experience in human resources management, having worked as the Regional Human Resources Manager/Corporate HR Manager at Premier Truck Group from 2015 to 2023, and as the Director of Human Resources at both Roberts Truck Center/Summit Truck Group (2012-2015) and McCormick Company (2011-2012). Additionally, Eric served as President of the Panhandle Human Resources Association from 2010 to December 2011, during which the chapter received the Membership Superstar Status Award from SHRM. Eric's earlier experience includes a role as Director of Human Resources at Roberts Truck Center from 2006 to 2011. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from John Brown University and a Master's in Education from Southwestern.
