Stephen Wolff

Stephen Wolff has a diverse and extensive work experience. Stephen is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain at PlayPower, Inc. since 2023. Prior to that, from 2022 to 2023, they worked as a Senior Executive at Wolff Leadership Consulting.

Before that, Stephen held various roles at Philips. From 2018 to 2022, they were the Senior VP and Head of Systems Manufacturing, responsible for global manufacturing across 11 sites for Phillips Health Care. Additionally, they served as the VP of Global Operations IGT from 2016 to 2018, managing worldwide operations supporting approximately $1.8 billion in revenue. From 2015 to 2016, they also held the position of VP of Global Operations IGT devices.

Previous to their time at Philips, Stephen worked at Fluke Corporation from 2005 to 2015. Here, they held the position of Director of Supply Chain and Operations Manager, among others. Notably, they achieved significant improvements in key metrics such as on-time delivery and process quality defects during their tenure at Fluke.

Stephen's earlier work experience includes serving as the Supply Chain Manager at Xantrex Technology from 1998 to 2005. During this time, they successfully restructured the Return to Stock program and implemented a more efficient process for handling returns.

Stephen Wolff earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Electronics from the Community College of the Air Force, which they attended from 1989 to 1992. Stephen then pursued further education at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from 1994 to 1996. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Finally, from 1996 to 1998, Wolff attended Troy University, where they completed a Master's degree in Management.
