Alexander Polonskiy

Alexander Polonskiy is an experienced game designer specializing in match-3 games. At Game Forest from September 2022 to May 2023, Alexander served as Lead Match-3 Game Designer, overseeing the design department and managing other designers. Previously, as a Senior Match-3 Game Designer, Alexander contributed significantly to the reworking of core gameplay for a match-3 title, and as Project Lead Game Designer, led the design department for a smaller match-3 project, collaborating with producers and leads to establish the game's concept and vision. Alexander's career in game design began with involvement in the development of the Toy Story Drop match-3 game. Currently, Alexander holds the position of Senior Match-3 Game Designer at Playrix since May 2023. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Far Eastern Federal University.
