Katya Shutsikava

Katya Shutsikava (Minina) is an experienced MICE Manager at Playrix since January 2023, previously serving as Head of Client Department at OnlinEventSpace from November 2020 to October 2021, where a new department was formed to enhance client communications strategy, involving recruitment, training, project management, and budget control. Prior experience includes Deputy Director for Development at the English language study studio SPEAKn’JOY, focusing on team management, budget planning, and customer retention strategies, as well as roles in event production at EMA TERRA GROUP, managing large-scale events and providing workflow support. Katya holds a Master's degree in Engineering from БНТУ, obtained between 2009 and 2018.
