Ryan McMahon is the General Manager of the PC & Console games division at PlaySide Studios. Previously, as Art Director, Ryan expanded the team from 10 to over 70 members in three years and implemented core processes that significantly enhanced the studio's success. Ryan has directed multiple art teams on acclaimed titles, including the award-winning *Age of Darkness: Final Stand*. Additionally, Ryan founded ArtQuest, an art community for artists in Australia and New Zealand. With a rich background of over 40 titles in the gaming industry, Ryan remains dedicated to creating immersive gaming experiences and has received recognition as a recipient of the 2022 Australian Game Awards.
