Callum Sharpin

Callum Sharpin is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various roles within recruitment and sports science. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Playson since May 2025, Callum previously held positions at Play'n GO, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment process and achieving a notable 16% of hires through proactive sourcing. At Play'n GO, Callum also fulfilled the role of Leadership and L&D Specialist. Prior experience includes a role as a Sourcing Specialist at Meta, focusing on talent acquisition for Reality Labs, and research support at Gillespie Manners Search & Selection.
