Matthew Del Monte

Matthew Del Monte has extensive experience in operations, technical management, and software engineering. As Director of Retail Operations at Advanced Retail Merchandising, Matthew developed standardized procedures and a performance-based evaluation system that enhanced workforce training and accountability. At Bell Shoals Baptist Church, Matthew transitioned database management in-house, leading to significant cost savings and reduced dependency on external IT services. Matthew served as Safety Equipment Shop Supervisor in the United States Marine Corps, demonstrating leadership in ensuring the safety of flight operations.
