Arne Gewert

Arne Gewert currently serves as the B2C Head of Online Risk and Payments at Playtech, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Arne was the Community Lead at Vega Protocol, where leadership was focused on building a vibrant and independent community for protocol governance from October 2021 to June 2022. Arne's extensive experience at Playtech spans roles as an Information Technology Operations Manager and Project Manager, responsible for delivering IT projects effectively. Prior to Playtech, Arne spent over seven years at PokerStrategy.com, advancing from E-Learning Specialist roles to Senior E-Learning and Project Manager, achieving significant expansion into new markets and overseeing the development of new business areas. Arne's early career included a student role at ACT Unternehmensgruppe, where programming skills were applied to system migration projects. Educational qualifications include a degree from The University of Bonn and an Abitur from Gymnasium Herkenrath.
