Lenne Lahtvee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources within Playtech since October 2019, currently serving as the Global People and Culture Advisory Partner. Responsibilities include implementing global HR processes and managing performance management systems, engagement surveys, and salary reviews. Previously, Lenne held positions as a Senior People & Culture Generalist and HR Generalist, providing support and counseling to managers and employees while enhancing employee experiences. Prior to Playtech, Lenne worked at Swissôtel Tallinn from June 2013 to September 2020, progressing from Service Attendant to Assistant Bar Manager, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills. Lenne is currently pursuing education at Tallinn University.
