Previously, Marcio held senior roles such as CMO at Sorte Online and Head of Direct Sales at Costa Crociere S.p.A., where they led significant digital transformation initiatives. Education includes a specialization in Sustainable Capitalism and ESG from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
