Roman Karpenko has extensive experience in software development and testing, with a focus on cloud migration and performance optimization. Currently serving as a Research and Development Manager at Playtech since April 2012, Roman has successfully implemented innovative solutions such as the Backend for Frontend pattern and led significant projects like the Player Journey initiative. Previous roles include Group Development Manager, Java Team Lead, and Java Developer, where responsibilities encompassed managing project phases, mentoring teams, and enhancing system performance.
