Shimon Akad

Shimon Akad currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Playtech, a role held since July 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, product development, project management, support services, operational human resources, and budget management. Prior to this, Shimon Akad was the Vice President of Operations at Playtech Limited from 2011 to June 2014 and worked as the General Manager at Plaza Gaming from 2006 to 2010. Shimon Akad holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from The College of Management Academic Studies, earned between 1996 and 1999.
