Hannah Mattil

Hannah Mattil is a project manager with extensive experience in the landscape design and construction industries. Hannah has been with their current company, PlaytestCloud, since March 2020, and prior to that they worked for Troy Rhone Garden Design from December 2017 to March 2020. During their time at Troy Rhone, Hannah was responsible for managing the full life-cycle of 30+ projects simultaneously, many of which had a value of $200,000+.

Hannah is known for their ability to effectively lead teams to complete projects in a timely, predictable and profitable manner. This stems from their ability to work with professionals in a variety of industries, from plumbing, electrical and engineering, to masonry, carpentry and landscaping. Hannah routinely solves complex scheduling and construction issues, and is skilled at communicating expectations and assertively resolving conflicts and quality issues.

Hannah is also excellent at creating accurate budgets for projects, coordinating the various phases of implementation seamlessly, and finding ways to reduce cost without compromising quality. The landscape construction industry is by nature subject unpredictability, but Hannah's ability to decisively resolve problems as they arise has kept several projects on-track in the face of potential set-backs.

In addition to their project management skills, Hannah's creation of a document filing system as well as their detailed record keeping have dramatically improved project organization and resulted in substantially more efficient installations.

Hannah Mattil has a BS in horticulture from Auburn University with a German minor and a 4.0 GPA. Hannah also has a 4.0 GPA from Heidelberg High School. Hannah has certification from LinkedIn in Skills for Inclusive Conversations and Unconscious Bias, and they have a Landscape Design Certification from the Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries.

They are on a team with Martin Banwell - Project Manager, Sam Tomkinson - Project Manager, and Martyna Poważa - Project Manager. Hannah Mattil reports to Elie Mouraud, Senior Project Manager.
