Sam Tomkinson

Sam Tomkinson is the current Project Manager at PlaytestCloud. Prior to this, Sam was the Escalation Team Lead at Webhelp from July 2015 to June 2021. In this role, Sam led a team responsible for all Cloud Partner onboarding, activation & support escalations, within a quickly growing Cloud Partner ecosystem. Sam has also held the position of Account Manager at Avis Budget Group from November 2011 to November 2014. In this role, Sam was responsible for driving new business by calling new leads and selling the appropriate product and service, as well as managing an existing portfolio of 700+ companies.

Sam Tomkinson has an Intermediate GNVQ in ICT from Newcastle-Under-Lyme college. Sam also has various certifications from LinkedIn in Surveys and Questionnaires for UX Projects, Learning Asana, Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management, Engagement Evaluation Best Practices for Customer Success Management, Engagement Preparation Best Practices for Customer Success Management, and Customer Success Management Fundamentals. In addition, they are certified by Salesforce as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and by Google as a Google Cloud Sales Credential.
