Prashant Arora

Prashant Arora has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Prashant began their career at Infrastruction Group, a Tier-2 construction company, where they served as a Finance Manager from August 2008 to June 2013. In this role, they provided financial accounting support to the CEO and mentored junior accountants, while also overseeing payroll and accounts payable and receivable activities.

In 2013, Arora joined Corporate Compliance Pty Ltd as a Management Consultant and Group Head of Finance. Prashant worked closely with key shareholders and the CEO on mergers and acquisitions and managed compliance and finance staff within the group's entities in the construction, financial services, media, and gaming industries.

Since May 2016, Arora has been working at PlayUp Limited, a global technology and gaming business. Initially, they served as the CFO for PlayUp's operations in Australia, where they strategically planned and forecasted the company's financial measures in alignment with its goals. Currently, Arora holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) - Global, since September 2022. In this role, they oversee the objectives and implementation of all commercial strategies on a global level, including commercial and customer arrangements, due diligence, compliance requirements, and ongoing support to the global finance structure.

Throughout their career, Arora has demonstrated their ability to take on various responsibilities and contribute to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for. Their experience encompasses financial management, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and team leadership.

Prashant Arora pursued a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wollongong from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) from Manav Sthali in 2002.
