Seema Abrol

Seema Abrol has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Seema currently works as a Software Delivery Manager at PlayUp Limited since March 2022. Prior to this, Seema served as a Technical Project Manager at Standards Australia from November 2019 to March 2022. Before that, they worked as an Agile Project Manager at The Playhouse Group Pty Ltd from September 2018 to November 2019. Seema also spent a significant portion of their career at IBM, where they held various positions. Seema worked as a Technical Team Lead and Scrum Master from July 2014 to June 2018, overseeing application development, maintenance, and deployment activities. Additionally, they served as a Business Analyst/System Engineer from August 2012 to December 2014, collaborating with clients for business requirement specifications and resolving application issues. Seema started their career as an Associate Systems Engineer at IBM from July 2011 to August 2012.

Seema Abrol completed their high school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2004 to 2007, where they studied Grade 10, 11, and 12. Seema then pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra from 2007 to 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Seema Abrol obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2018. Seema also acquired the Cloud Computing certification from IBM in October 2017, the DB2 10.1 Associate Certification from IBM in August 2014, and the Fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma certification from IBM in November 2013.
