Ava Quail

Ava Quail currently serves as a Board Member for Playworks in Northern California, providing strategic guidance and support. Previously, Ava held the position of Ex-Officio Board Member at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana and was an MBA Candidate at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where Ava received multiple awards including the Kellogg Scholarship and the Community Service Award. As a consultant for Zoom, Ava focused on GTM strategy and partnerships in social impact initiatives. Prior experience includes significant roles at Transfix, where Ava managed marketplace strategy and operations, and Motive, where Ava successfully built the Partner Operations Department. Early career positions included operations leadership at PCI Construction and program coordination at Make-A-Wish organizations. Ava holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a B.A. in Sociology & Civic Engagement from UCLA.
