Dave Smargon

Dave Smargon has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Dave started their career at Superconductor Technologies, where they held various roles such as Director of Customer Service & Sales Ops and Manager of Wireless Manufacturing. Dave then worked at Raytheon Co. EWS as a Program Manager. Later, they joined Tempest Telecom Solutions, serving as VP, General Manager HVAC and VP of Supply & Sales Operations. At AIRSYS North America, they were a Co-Founder and former COO, as well as the Chief Business Development Officer and Chief Operations Officer. Currently, they are the VP of Strategy at PLC Group. Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills in multiple industries.

Dave Smargon earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 1981 to 1986. Dave then pursued a Master of Science degree in RF/Microwave Engineering from the same university, completing their studies from 1987 to 1989.
