Sofía de Nicolás is the current Human Resources Manager at PLD Space. Sofía has worked in the field of Talent Acquisition for over 10 years, helping pharmaceutical and biotech companies develop some of the most popular prescription medicines on the market today. Sofía has a wealth of experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates, and has a proven track record of improving processes and enhancing brand messaging across multiple channels.

Sofía de Nicolás has completed a course in compensation and benefits at CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros, a master's degree in human resources at Udima Universidad a Distancia de Madrid, and a degree in modern languages, culture and communication at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Sofía is currently a cabin crew member and passenger at Escuela Superior Aeronáutica.
