Michael Schill

Michael Schill is an experienced museum professional with a career spanning over 15 years in exhibit design and management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Museum Exhibits at Please Touch Museum since April 2019, Michael has held multiple roles including Exhibits Manager and Lead Exhibit Technician. Prior experience includes the position of Exhibits Technician at the North Carolina Museum of History from April 2018 to April 2019 and Exhibits Designer and Technician at Please Touch Museum from September 2008 to September 2017. Michael's career began as Exhibits and Operations Manager at Garden State Discovery Museum from September 2004 to October 2007. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Davidson College, earned between 1985 and 1989.
