David Frame is a seasoned professional in the engineering field with extensive experience. Currently serving as a Field Service Specialist at Pleavin Power Limited since June 2025, David previously worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Sembcorp Energy UK from October 2022 to June 2025, and as a Locomotive Engineer at EMD (Electro-Motive Diesel) from January 2021 to October 2022, focusing on maintenance and repair of Type 66 Locomotives. David's career began in the Royal Air Force (RAF), where from October 1998 to March 2021, various roles included Training Development and Standards, Engineering Technician Supervisor, General Engineering Bay Supervisor, and Mechanical Engineering Technician.
