Robin Basse

Robin Basse began their professional career in 2014 as a Fraud and Compliance Expert and Quality Coordinator for the Fraud CS Department at PayPal. In 2017, they took a break from work to travel in Australia. In 2018, they joined HiPay as an Analyste Fraude et Risque. In 2022, they began working for Pledg as a Fraud & Risk Analyst - Full Remote. In this role, they designed and improved alerts targetting risky/suspicious behaviors, monitored and controlled transactions flux in order to detect fraudulent activity, set up complex anti-fraud tools, improved fraud-prevention performances and decreased risks through complex and numerous data, provided solutions to improve the merchants' performances through fraud preventing tools, improved existing process and tools, and developed new ones, and took part in deciding whether Pledg will or will not partner with another company.

Robin Basse attended the University of Central Lancashire from 2013 to 2014, where they earned an Honours Degree in International Business Communication. Prior to that, they attended the Universite de Lorraine from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a DUT in Techniques de Commercialisation.
