Pledge Ventures is a rules-based venture fund investing across sectors and geographies into high-growth technology companies whose founders have committed to philanthropy via Founders Pledge. Through Founders Pledge, we have differentiated access to some of the best entrepreneurs in the world and use this unfair advantage to get a slice of competitive rounds that are otherwise inaccessible to others. Pledge Ventures' goal is to drive returns for LPs and accelerate the non-profit mission of Founders Pledge by donating 85% of GP carry and up to 50% of our management fee to charity.

*Pledge Ventures Ltd (FRN: 986310) is an Appointed Representative of Kin Capital Partners LLP (registration number OC395229) who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority with FRN: 656789
