Jenna Lee is an experienced professional in customer experience and program operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Pleio Inc. since September 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Customer Success at HealthPrize from December 2018 to August 2024, where strategic partnerships with Pharma and Payor clients were strengthened, resulting in multiple annual renewals and enhanced user engagement.
