James Daw

James Daw is an experienced civil engineer with a background in project engineering, business development, and infrastructure management. Currently serving as an Associate in Origination at Plenary Group since October 2021, James previously held roles at Bechtel Corporation, including Project Engineer for the Western Sydney Airport and Graduate Engineer in Construction. At Bechtel, James was instrumental in managing design, engineering, and project delivery for a $5.3 billion greenfield airport project and contributed to successful business development efforts in major infrastructure projects across Queensland and New South Wales. Earlier experience includes a Graduate Civil Engineer position at Tonkin Consulting and an Undergraduate Site Engineer internship at Wagners, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil & Structural) with Honours and Finance from the University of Adelaide.
