Paul Crowe

Paul is a Director and Chief Investment Officer for Plenary Group in Asia Pacific.

As Chief Investment Officer, he is responsible for Plenary’s deal origination, structuring and negotiation in the region.

Paul has extensive industry experience having operated in infrastructure and finance markets for more than two decades and is a recognized industry expert in public-private partnership developments.

Paul has been extensively involved in the structuring and execution of most of Plenary's major infrastructure investments in the region and has lead Plenary’s Origination team for almost 10 years.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), Bachelor of Science and Master of Applied Finance.
