Tom Roche

Tom Roche is the Chief Executive Officer of Pariter and serves as the Executive Director of Property at Plenary Group, where they focus on property development and origination. With a comprehensive background in real estate, infrastructure, and construction, Tom has successfully led major transactions for top-tier institutions. Prior roles include Executive Director positions at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Brookfield Multiplex, and John Holland, as well as founding Director at Capella Capital. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Honours from the University of Technology, Sydney, and an MBA in Finance from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
