Michael Mitchell

Michael Mitchell is currently the Customer Service Team Lead at Plentific. Prior to that, they were the Operations Team Leader at Fredrickson from June 2017 to December 2018. In this role, they successfully lead and motivated agents to ensure strict adherence of KPI’s and SLA, while proactively managing performance. Michael also developed and coached agents to maximise performance and quality activity through side by side extensive coaching and training.

Mitchell is a strong leader with a proven track record of successful team management. Michael is passionate about developing their team members and ensuring that they are providing the best possible service to customers. Michael is also committed to championing clear communications and promoting company messages to staff.
