Witold Greń has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology field. Witold began their career as a Web Developer at Technicomp in 2009. Witold then worked as a Senior Developer at iFive from 2011 to 2014. After that, they served as a Lead Developer at Grupa CampRest Sp. z o.o. from 2012 to 2014, overseeing a team of frontend and backend developers.

In 2014, Witold joined Agencja Promocji Zdrowia as a DevOps/Backend Developer, where they worked until 2017. Witold Greń completed their education in Information Technology. Witold first attended Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania w Bielsku Białej from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree. Witold then pursued a Master's degree at the University of Silesia in Katowice from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification from The Linux Foundation in June 2020.
