Brian Pedersen

Brian Pedersen is a Technical Project Manager II at Electra, with a diverse background in project management and engineering within the agricultural and technology sectors. Previously, Brian served as a Process Project Manager and CEA Technology Manager at Plenty®, where responsibilities included overseeing the entire lifecycle of farm products, managing cross-functional projects, and translating research into scalable production systems. Additionally, Brian held the position of Engineering Supervisor, focusing on enhancing research environments through the integration of advanced technologies. Before Plenty®, Brian was a Senior Manager at Northern Reserve Farms, coordinating plant growth operations and leading a team in Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA). The career began as an Audio Engineer at PatchWerk Recording Studios, working with major label and indie artists. Brian holds a Master of Science in Horticulture Science from Texas Tech University, a BA in Recording Arts from Full Sail University, and a BS in Psychology from the University of Tampa.
