Robert Swartwout has extensive experience in operations management, particularly in the agricultural technology sector. Currently serving as Production Operations Manager at Plenty®, Robert has held multiple roles since joining in July 2018, including Process Operations Manager and Science Operations Manager, contributing to the growth of pesticide-free produce in urban indoor farms. Prior to this, Robert worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Arizona Controlled Environment Agriculture Center and held leadership roles in student organizations and retail management at the University of Arizona BookStores. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona, earned in 2018.
