Nicole Oestringer

Nicole Oestringer is currently the Manager at plenum AG, leading the Young Professional Program (YPP). They previously served as a Consultant and Senior Consultant at the same company and gained extensive experience as a Student Assistant at Campus Management Universität Bayreuth, where they supported the introduction of a campus management system. Nicole also interned in marketing, sales, and controlling at helsa® Group International and completed a further internship in M&A at MVV Energie AG. They hold a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Universität Bayreuth, along with additional master's studies in Management from Universitat Politècnica de València.
