Alistair Bruce

Alistair Bruce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience operations, product management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving in Customer Experience Operations at Pleo since November 2020, Alistair is also the Founder of Mapify, a venture established in January 2014 that specializes in creating customized posters through high-definition maps and geo-spatial data. Previously, Alistair held the role of Senior Product Manager at bd4travel from June 2015 to October 2018, where responsibilities included developing data-driven products and enhancing product usability. Alistair's background also includes positions as Product Manager at Adtelligence GmbH, where efforts focused on international market expansion and analytics tools for e-commerce, and co-founding SPOTTED, recognized in the European Business Plan of the Year Competition 2012. Prior experience in the Royal Air Force as a Flight Lieutenant equipped Alistair with leadership and operational skills. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Mannheim and a Master of Engineering from the University of Southampton.
